Personal anecdote: – We took the road less travelled.

So before we go on about the company we would like to share our personal story as to how SKD came into being. Coming from a small town, Bhatinda with big dreams in my eyes the journey in itself was quite exhilarating. After completing my graduation along with CA studies and the shift from Chandigarh to Delhi opened my eyes to what seemed as an illusion initially.

The use of technology in the education sector in these major cities greatly influenced the education sector which in turn contributed to the growth and placability of the students. After attending several seminars of eminent figures from this field I realized that there is an incessant need to bridge the town-city gap through experiential learning. To bring this idea into reality, we started our small enterprise in Bathinda in collaboration with GAAP Bright (New Delhi), which remains our first centre.

Positive response motivated us to envision our plans further for which we started centralizing our services. Belonging to a Finance background, this fact dawned upon me that satellite classes were indeed very helpful and a crucial part of our curriculum which is why we started the online batches for CA, CS, ACCA, US CPA and CMA students. Along with learning about the industry placement gaps I initiated Certified Bank and MNC Ready program for graduates and post –graduate candidates in BFSI Sector.

During this expansion my partner Deepika brought along her management and leadership experience that brought about a new scope of opportunities for us to explore. Together we initiated our journey of tapping the viable resources across the country, metropolitan cities in specific leading to the successful no. of establishment of centers in Chandigarh ,Punjab and Haryana with a consistent connect of 5000+ students.
